[mod post] Artists Claims: OPEN!

thisissiriusHey everyone, time for summaries! We only have a few fics here, but that just means they're open for more than one person!
Artists, mixers and podficcers will be able to claim multiple summaries, up to 3, and in the interest of saving time, you’ll nominate your top 3 picks, as well as how many you want to claim overall. When claims open I’ll allocate the first round. After that, I'll keep going until all summaries have an artist/all artists have a fic. As we're pretty small this time around, hopefully this will work out well!

We have had some feedback that we're not giving artists a whole lot of time to get their stuff done, so we're extending the deadline a little. More information will be going up with the summaries later on this week (we're just waiting on person to get back to me. If I haven't heard from them by Friday, the summaries will go up then, along with information about the extended deadline.
I hope this gives you all enough information, and I apologise for the push back of the summary post!

[MOD] Rough Drafts Due!
Apr. 25th, 2016 11:11 pmthisissiriusI know that some of you have submitted already, but drafts are due to be submitted today! Please do not panic; due to the lack of time, I've extended draft hand-in till Wednesday. As long as it is still Wednesday when you submit, you are good to go! You need to have completed at least 50% of the minimum word count and have a basic outline of your story for your artist/mixer/podficcer to be able to work from.
Please put in the subject line: “TFA Draft: Author name”
In the body of the email please use this format for your summary: (IF YOU HAVE ALREADY SUBMITTED please send another email with the following:)

Author(s): Use the LJ/DW/AO3 name you signed up with
Words written so far: words written/percentage % (best estimate)
I give permission for my story to be claimed for podfic: yes/no

Before you sign up, please read the updated FAQ. You can sign up for more than one job. Sign-ups close February 25th, at 11.59pm BST.
March 5th-10th - First author check-in:
This check-in is mandatory for all authors. We don't need a draft from you (though feel free to send one in if you want to), but you will need to comment on the check-in post on DW. If you know you won't be able to come online for the check-in, send us an email beforehand to let us know, and we'll consider you checked in. Check-in closes on the 10th March at 11:59pm BST.
April 25th - Second author check-in and rough draft submission:
This check-in and the accompanying rough draft submission are mandatory for all authors. You will need to comment on the check-in post on DW, and send us a copy of your rough draft (8k or more, including a header) via email. If we don't receive a draft from you, we'll assume you have defaulted out of the Bang. Check-in and draft submission close on April 25th, at 11.59pm BST.
April 27th – Artist Claims:
The claims post will go up for preview the day before, and open for claiming on 00.01am BST on April 27th, and run for at least 24 hours. Once claiming closes, we'll send out match-up emails to all authors and artists.
May 10th - 15th - Final check-in with fic and art draft submission:
The final check-in and submission are mandatory for all authors and artists. You will need to comment on the check-in post on LJ, and send us a copy of your final draft via email. If we don't hear from you, we'll assume you have defaulted out and won't assign you a posting date. Check-in and draft submission close on May 15th, at 11.59pm BST.
May 25th onwards – Artists Submissions due/Posting begins:
The posting schedule will be posted on DW on May 24th. All teams will be responsible for posting their own work.
